find info on purchase after ebay's removed item's listing

A week after completing puchase i recieved notice from ebay strongly advising not to complete purchase or to try & stop payment from my bank which i couldn't do as the transaction had already been completed. The notice contained links to eBay support centre to find info on my purchase but the support centre is useless to me as all efforts to enter the item # have failed, as if it never existed. I've attempted contacting the seller with no luck.
HOW, WHERE DO I FIND OUT IF I'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF OR IF THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. If eBay removes the listing of a purchased item then the buyer should be able to still find info on purchase !

If ebay removes a listing then it is exactly as if it has never existed.

If you paid with paypal just open an Item Not Received dispute and escalate it as soon as the system allows you to.

From the comment about contacting your bank I am guessing that you did not use paypal so all you can do is hope that the seller is sending the item.

I would try and ring the seller.

You might have to accept you have done your dough.  Always use paypal.  Try contacting the seller direct.
