firefox problem

Has anyone else had a problem with Firefox in the last few hours????

My anti-virus is shutting it down for some reason....................(to save me from myself perhaps ?)

Calm down Padi and leave the worms alone......I have been having trouble with Firefox not loading for a couple of hours but it seems to be sorting itself out now.  Only some sites are not loading.

this is a major bloody problem girl, I've done my cache/cookies/rebooted.

And still I get this thing up on my Firefox page....................

Yesterday I had a very large pop-up open when I went into Firefox, abt 3/4 of the page.  It appeared genuinely to come from Firefox.

It was asking whether I wanted to enter what I thought was a genuine site, but when I read down further in the small print, if U clicked OK, U were letting someone else into all sites (can't remember the wording or anything else now (might have been more than one somebody).  

I'm glad I read & reread before I clicked anything - I thought it was a dangerous to agree to that.  

In the end I just Xed it - just thought I should have Ctrl/Alt/Deleted it.

All fixed PJ, Taz put me on the right track, all I needed to do was download the latest update, and I've still got all my old bookmarks etc....................
