has any one had problems with REMOVED, i think i have been scamed

I Bought a nutra bullet from REMOVED and paid by bank deposit, never recieved item or and comunication, this seller appers to be a scammer how can ebay let him continue, i cant even leave a feedbck and its seems ebay has stoped the transaction after i paid by Direct deposit,

i have done it on resoluion centre, but nothing happening 

any ideas?

Nothing you can do if you pay by direct deposit.
Next time pay with paypal or paymate and you will have buyer protection.

You need to contact the Qld Police Online Auction Fraud Squad at http://www.police.qld.gov.au/programs/cscp/eCrime/internet/report/ and follow the directions as detailed. Even though the seller is located in Victoria, the Qld Police site liaises with other state jurisdictions and will direct your complaint to the relevant authority.
