What numbers? there are'nt any to ask about a refund, the call center has been closed for well over two years

 

In any case, ringing eBay is not the correct procedure to get a refund

 

Why do you need a refund?

 

Have you communicated with the seller?

 

Did you open the correct dispute in time?

 

Was the item not as described? damaged ? not arrived?

 

Or was it a change of mind?

Did you check the funding source via the means you paid?

 

How long ago did they tell you they refunded?

 

Nothing comes up under that item number for completed listings that I can find

Is the transaction definitely cancelled, or did the seller just tell you that it was?

 

The money will go back to your funding SOURCE, so if you paid with a credit card via PayPal, the money will go back to the card. It can take several business days for this to happen.

When was the refund processed by the seller?
