help me to report an item not being sent?

Hi at ebay assistance

I purchased an item  01-1266425244 on February 1st. The tracking number has not been launched in 'tracking' accessed through ebay and Australia Post has reported to me that the tracking number sent to me through ebay by the seller is not adequate enough to show tracking. I need help as the seller will not respond to my request to correct the tracking details.

I would appreciate your help in this matter. It is now February 18th and no item is listed to be sent.

Not eBay here, other members just like you

You need to open and follow through with an item not received dispute if the item is overdue

You do not need to contact eBay nor the seller to open a dispute

What is the item number?
