Rapid evaporation in itself is not an indicator that the perfume is counterfeit. It simply means that it has a very high proportion of alcohol, which is something I would actually expect in an expensive brand.
Having said that, if your seller won't take it back because you believe it's fake, send it back as SNAD because the atomiser is not working properly, and is wasting your expensive perfume every time you use it.
