There are often sellers who stock the same items.....how do you know it is the same seller with a different ID? And that is also not very unusual.....sellers can have more than one selling ID. It does not make them scammers.
If your item has disappeared it may have been removed by ebay for some reason....you would have received an email from ebay advising you to open a dispute in paypal to receive a refund.
If it is less than 45 days since you paid for the item you can still open a dispute and escalate it for a refund.
