Do you mean how do you pay for an item you have purchased through ebay using Paypal? If the seller offers Paypal you just click on the Pay Now button and select Paypal as the payment method if there is a choice. You will then be taken to the login page for Paypal. If you already have an account then you will be able to make the payment once you have signed in. If you haven't already got a Paypal account then you can set one up there and then, if you don't want to delay paying the seller then you can pay as a guest using a credit or Visa debit card.
