how do I put in a complaint when the item I received was faulty and seller wont respond

trent, if you paid by PayPal and it's not more than 45 days since the sale date, go to your purchase history and on the right hand side of the item is a drop down menu under "more actions"

 

Click on resolve a problem and you'll be directed to PayPal's dispute page,  thenjust follow the promts.
