how do i actually really contact ebay disputes

bough 3 items which never arrived (May), seller hasn't replied to my 3 requests/ inquiries, and each time I try to ask ebay to step in, I just get the same Robo messages of how to do it, and when u follow them, you just get run around into the same Robo messages, so ebay help in the real world doesn't really exist and I have been ripped off, with their approval it seems, long as they get richer by ignoring the real world I guess.

Can I just confirm that when you say you asked eBay to step in, that you had  opened item not received disputes ?

Did you Pay by Paypal? and if so, have you tried opening disputes there is it is too late to do so through eBay?

eBay side with the buyer 99.9% of the time, even when the seller is honest and done all they are suppose to do, as long as the correct dispute procedure is followed 

What was the last estimated delivery date for the items?
