The first port of call I'd suggest is the seller, that is, contacting them directly if you haven't already.
If you have and there are still issues, in order for the members of the forum to provide the most relevant assistance, a little more information would help (eg to start off, when did you send the deposit, was it an eBay transactio that's showing in your purchase history, and how did you pay? )

You do not seem to have bought anything on this ID?
With most ebay purchases you can not pay a deposit....you have to pay the seller in full to be covered by ebay or paypal protection.
You need to give a lot more detail in order for us to help you.
