how do you stop DVD/CD's from coming lose in case and scratching in transport

I have bought DVD'S and CD"S and most of them have arrived in Broken cases and the Disc floating lose in the case as the litle holding circle has broken the Disc's have been scratched, I know it must be hard with new Disc's but with used once maybe they could have some tissue or small bubble wrap or anything to stop this from happening.

Its there anyway I can tell the person I buy from to put somethin between the disc and case?

Yes send them a message and ask if they can do this to prevent damage in transit..
