how long do i wait if the seller does not accept payment

how long do i wait if the seller does not accept payment, he cant log in to his paypal account to seee that the money is there and doesnt seem to worried about. meanwhile there are other auctions of the same item Im missing out on??

You can open an Item Not Received case in eBay once the last estimated delivery date has passed.

Is it definitely showing as paid at your end? I'm not sure if it still applies, but if the payment is pending at the seller's end, you might be able to cancel the transaction and get your money back that way.
