how to contact paypal if they refuse to reply to questions about payment made in purchases to ebay ?

I purchased many items recently from eBay.com.au. I paid with Paypal. But I accidently deleted my NEW Paypal account, (due to password mixup).

After making a new Paypal account (using all my previous particulars), I cannot see my payments (to eBay) any more.

This means I am NO LONGER COVERED BY PAYPAL POLICY OF opening a dispute if parts are damaged / missing / or NOT received.

I wrote to Paypal direct. They stated that they will get back to me with 24-48 hours. That was a week ago.

How can I get eBay to contact and show my recent purchases from eBay ?  So I can STILL be covered by their Policy warranty .

You are not writing to Ebay here so you should report your post to have your personal details removed. I suggest you call paypal not email. The operators are friendly and should be able to help.

When ever i pay by paypal, I always get en email notification showing payment receipt.

Did you get one in your email? (will be the email attached to your paypal account)

Jane, that is not always the case now.

If you use the Cart function and pay for a number of items from different sellers in the one payment then you usually get a notification that payment is pending and the receipt will come through later.   Sometimes "later" means never.  Never worries me because the payments are in my paypal account.
