how to have fraudulant item being sold on eBay removed

I have bought a phone which the seller now says doesnt have a feature that was listed in the specs. I have asked for a refund, but how come this seller can keep listing this phone with false information ?

Have they refunded you?

All you can do is leave feedback to advise others the item is not as described and missing advertised functions.

Item still hasnt shown up, so dont know yet if it is as listed or not? Seller replied to my quirey saying it does have funtions as listed ...so its a waiting game
