I can always see by buyers email in the transaction record.
I don't have to log in to PP to find it.

Me too, it is always there. You can send an email address by being inventive, just type xxxxxx at zzzzzz dot sss.au
and any seller who isn't brain dead should get the picture.
You can also pull the seller's details using Advanced Search which will, at the very least, give you their email address and phone number.
Whatever you are needing the instructions for have you tried a google search? That is what I do when I (frequently) lose instructions.

The bots pick up quite a few different inventive ways now, including just typing everything out in full. Even something like xxxx (at) yyyy (dot) (com) (dot) (au) they pick up. I have a way that works.........for now.........until eBay discovers it and program the bots! XXX ATtic ZZZZ DOTh COMe DOTh AUnty. I should point out that I have NOT used that method for off eBay transactions. If someone wants to buy something off me, they do it through eBay. I don't want to risk being scammed by someone!

I've also heard that posting it as a pic works, too.

Now you mention it, I have heard that too. I'll have to remember that for next time! Thanks for reminding me!

I have a digital copy of my business card with all my contact details on it and if needed I attach that as a picture. It has always worked in the past.
