I have "purchased " an item and the funds from my card are pending and unclaimed . I cant cancel the order because they say i have purchased the item when the money is still in limbo 3 days later . The seller wont contact me and his title from the listing to the order has changed to some chinese name or something .  got a feeling ive been scammed. ?????

Can you give us the listing number so we can help you better. I can't see what you have bought three days ago, is it the motorcycle jack listing that ended two days ago?

If it says unclaimed in Paypal (not when you look in ebay) then you should be able to cancel the payment. If you can't then give Paypal a call and ask if they will cancel the payment. If it remains as unclaimed for 30 days then it will be released back into your Paypal account automatically.

If it is showing as unclaimed in Paypal and pending in ebay that usually means the seller had made a typo in the Paypal email address for payment or, if they are a scammer, their Paypal account has been cancelled by Paypal.

You seem to have a history of buying from sellers with iffy feedback, most experienced ebayers wouldn't go near a high volume seller with below 99.5%.
