If I pay for an item, get express post & if the item doesnt get here intime can I still get refund even if it states No Refund? Due to time difference Im wanting to get the process done ASAP? Many Thanks

OP - you can not blame a seller for your lack of planning - if you need something by a certain date, order early.

Any site (other than eBay) I order from states - please allow 28 days etc etc).
