If it is an internal thing - someone else (shares) uses your account, don't think there is much you can do.

you cannot hide from ''search''   If you dont want anyone to know what yr buying, you need to open a 2nd ID to use for ''secret'' buying and not tell anyone in your family/ friends that you have a 2nd account.
