items listed as new without tags but used

I have noticed a few sellers listing clothing items and purses as new without tags then in the description stating they have been used once or twice.

I find this revolting and there is no option in the report item section for something like this

I'd probably report the item using - 

LISTING PRACTICES

then
INAPPROPRIATE ITEM DESCRIPTION.

the next box doesn't give a good option, so I'd just select 1 & then in the area where you get to provide more information, add the reason there.

Alternatively, phone ebay using their 1800 phone number which is via the links at the top right corner of each page under customer service.
