i bought a new phone 2 months ago from a seller that primarily sells phones, it was new in an unopened box ,



three days ago the imie no. was blocked by vodafone


(the phone is branded to vodafone)and i am on vodafone


what should i do ?


i have tried to contact the seller but havnt gotten a answer from her

Have you contacted Vodofone? That would be my first port of call.

If I were to have a guess at what was going on, I'd say that the iPhone was stolen which is why it was blocked by Vodafone and why the seller isn't responding to your questions..

It's probably quite amazing you got the phone in the first place, as Patchoo said, probably stolen, and I am surprised they bothered with the cost of posting, maybe to lull you into a false sense of security? Sorry for your situation, but as said earlier Vodaphone may be able to help, worth a try.:-(

if its the Samsung Galaxy S2 you purchased and you paid with pay pal, open a item not as described case with pay pal NOW.


 


It aint been 45 days yet so do it asap and follow procedure.


 


Also call vodaphone to confirm it is a stolen item, so you can let pay pal know in the dispute it is a stolen item and you wont have to send it back.

It was purchased the 26th May, so the 45 days would be up today or tomorrow.
