hi,i ordered an iphone a month ago.I just wanted to know if i may lose my money because it hasn't arrived yet and the seller doesn't reply to my emails to let me know what's going on.What could i do in case it doesn't arrive?Thank you

You have 45 days to open a dispute in paypal if the phone does not arrive. I hope you paid with paypal?
If you have allowed sufficient time for it to arrive you can open a dispute now...that may force the seller to reply to you.

You will NOT be receiving any phone-take a look at that seller again.
Open a Paypal dispute NOW & escalate to a claim straight away.
Do NOT wait any longer.

No you will not lose your money if you have escalated the dispute to a claim.
