Was April 20 the date you paid, the first estimated delivery date or the last estimated delivery date?
Where was the item coming from?
What is the seller's feedback like?

If you haven't even bothered to read the buyers guide, then you'll only have yourself to blame when things go wrong. If the last estimated delivery date has passed, you have just 30 further days to open a case for Item Not Received. This puts the onus on the seller to prove they have sent it (ie: a tracking number), or they will need to refund you. Do NOT close any case until you have the right resolution.
Maybe you could give more information than just a heading?
