item purchased through sponsored link not showing in my buying summary

I logged in ebay side and searched for books that I was interested to buy. Clicked on sponsored link and found the books I wanted to buy(www.bookdepository.com). after I have paid through paypal, gone back to my ebay purchase summary, but items didnt show?? I did received email confirmation from bokdepository about my purchase afterwards. A bit confused why they didnt show in my ebay purchase history??

Sponsored links are paid ads and as soon as you click on them you leave the eBay site. You may be able to login to that book site and see a record of your purchases.

I have purchased from that site both on and off ebay.

If you used a sponsored link you will not have purchased through ebay and the record of the transaction will be on their own site, not in your ebay Purchase History.

There is no need to email them....they advice when the order is dispatched and they are very quick.
