Re: jordan mid 97

not sure, some more details would be good? but don't name a seller.

was it an Australian purcahse on ebay Australia?

Does your purchase history in eBay show that you paid for the item and actually purchased it first?

Is there a chance you did buy and pay and the seller cancelled the order and refunded your money?

Did you pay by P{ayPal, and if so, can you find that transaction?

IF you purchased and paid, but the seller has not sent, then neither DHL or Aus post will be able to confirm you bought anything - in fact, they dion't generally know what is in the parcels, so they wouldn't know whether you bought anything at all.

Now if you did buy and pay and not receive a refund via cancellation, you have 45 days from the date of purchase to open an Item Not received case through PayPal (if you paid like that).

Re: jordan mid 97

whoops - or do you mean, something did get sent and it was damaged in transit?

In that case, if you paid by PayPal less than 45 days ago, you open a dispute with them for Significantly Not as described.

but with some more details, we will be able to answer you better.

Re: jordan mid 97

oh no.

do you have a tracking number at least?

It might have been uploaded into the purchase page?

aus post can't claim anything if they dont have a tracking number, because that is how they know if they have or had your parcel

if your 45 days have passed, then there isn't much you can do excpet hope the seller contacts you abnd helps you find the parcel

if you paid by CC, you might be able to see your bank for a chargeback

also remember you only have 60 days to leave feedback

I hope there isnt too much money involved

And you accuse ME of being terse!

OP, if you want help, you really have to provide more than few word answers. Elucidation is the key. The more info, the more likely a board member can give you guidance.

Re: jordan mid 97

FINGERS CROSSED IT WILL ARRIVE EVENTUALLY.

In the past I've had a couple of items take 4-5 months after accidentally being mis-sorted to another country.

Australia often goes to Austria.

Tasmania often goes to Tanzania etc.

By the time it is sorted out, it takes forever but luckily, in all my purchases items have arrived.

I hope that this is the case for you!  Don't give up hope yet!

It may also be stuck in customs - quarantine.

I chased an item x USA last year & it had sat in the same post office where it was sent from for just over 3 weeks without moving.

Needless to say USPS could not give me an answer on that one!  It eventually arrived after 9-10 weeks & it was priority.
