Hi, I left negative feed back. First time in my years of buying on ebay. It was removed by ebay.
On the sellers page it stated (Please Note: Combined Postage is unavailable for .99cent listings )
Thats ok so I purchase 4 items...
The seller then bulks the items and sends at quarter the postage cost..
I would assume because of no combinded postage this would apply to the seller. Therefor I would receive each item separately.
Which is what I paid for. But no ebay says and I was not allowed to leave negative feed back (it was removed).
I feel totaly ripped off and secondly why does it not also apply to sellers.... The seller made 25 dollars from that transaction on postage.
Can I take this matter further... any suggestions anyone..................Thanks

Means items should be posted per item and paid for per item.
It's not going to happen.
"Combined Postage is unavailable for .99cent listings" does not mean that items should be posted per item and paid for per item. That is just a tactic that buyers can use to stop sellers from profiting from postage piracy while still working within eBay rules, it is not something that eBay would actively recommend to buyers.
What they do is recommend that buyers who intend to buy multiple items from the one seller should ask about postage through eBay messaging before bidding. If the response they get is not to their liking then they should not bid. Simple.

For what reason was your feedback removed?
What did you actually write in your feedback?

I presume you paid for all the items together on a combined invoice, if you did so then you were agreeing to the seller posting them in one parcel even if they said in the listing that they did not combine. Combining does not mean the same as discounting which is probably what they meant anyway..
What you should have done is pay for each item seperately using Paypal, had you done that they would only have been able to prove tracking for one item unless they sent them in seperate parcels and they would also have paid out the 30c flat fee on each payment which, after the fvf would mean they made virtually nothing.

Hi everyone and thanks for your advice and information.
I did pay for the items in one invoice. I did contact paypall and they referred me to ebay. Ebay said that there was nothing they could do and would not replace the feed back that I left, because he stated (Please Note: Combined Postage is unavailable for .99cent listings) The feed back I left was negative and said (paid 30$ postage bulk at and post at 4.40) Did 3 others similar, all removed..
I even contacted the
Australian Consumer Law
but could not do anything there, if the seller had a shop front , then they could have helped. Which is interesting to know....
I do think that ebay should make it clear that for sellers and buyers that ( Combined Postage is unavailable for .99cent listings)
Means items should be posted per item and paid for per item.
