I have just received 2 auction lots purchased and both are of exceedingly low  quality,  first lot for which I paid 39.95 plus 17.00 Postage and Packing consists of 80 percent duplicate and Decimal Stamps contary to description,  and second lot 200 different high value tamps poorly presented and of very low value.   I advise avoiding this seller

Good Morning

If you believe that your purchases are not as described, and if you paid by PayPal (or another safe payment method, but I don't know their requirements) you have 45 days in which to raise a claim with them for Significantly Not As Described.

However, before going down that track, contact the seller, express your disappointment to them, and you may be able to reach a mutually agreeable solution.

If that solution includes a return for refund, may I recommend that you do not return anything without the security of PayPal Buyer protection, and only return the item at their direction in the manner they prescribe.

I hope that it all works out for you.

A lot of duplication, not much variety

It would have been wrongly described if there had not been a lot of duplicates, you could complain about some of them being decimal but the seller could just send you that many stamps, all the same one if they wanted, if you complained.

Personally after reading his follow up comment to the neg he received I would have stayed well clear!
