Only the seller can cancel the sale and they are not obliged to do so, bear in mind they have to pay fees to eBay as soon as the item is sold. You can contact them and ask for a cancellation but they may well open a "non-payment dispute" against you.
If you still don't pay you will get a strike against your account, one strike won't affect you but 2 or more in 12 months will mean you can't buy off any seller that has their "buyer blocks" in place.
Edit. For the other auctions use the link below for bid retractions.

Why would you need to retract them if your daughter was the one who bought?
Is she over 18?
Was she using your account?
Have you considered the seller may not be able to lafford to lose a sale due to her not paying?

Take the event as being one of lifes little lessons and just pay for the goods.

Bidding on eBay is legally binding, just like it is at a physical auction. Trying to back out after winning will land you in a heap of trouble in both cases. You are legally obliged to pay.

If I were in your shoes, this is what I would do.
1. Write a private message to the seller. Explain what happened, apologise and ask if it is possible for them to cancel the sale.
2. Ban your daughter from using your ebay account. Change the log in password if you need to. But have a word to her and tell her she isn't to use your account or bid without your approval in any case.
No one (including ebay) can actually force you to pay for the items so if you can't afford it and the seller won't cancel, you will probably receive a non payment strike. It's not the end of the world, just don't get another one or you may find yourself more limited in what sellers you can buy from as some sellers block buyers wo have a couple of strikes. If you can't afford it, don't pay for it, don't buy it. That goes for every purchase in life really. But explain it to your daughter.
