have never received it

Tried their site  and it has gone

Why are you mentioning this almost a year after the transaction?

It is the buyers responsibility to keep an eye on the things and open a dispute for "Item Not Received" if it hasn't arrived by the last estimated due date.

You could have had a refund very easily last year, but it's far too late to do anything about it now.

Please have a good read of the Buyers Guide so you understand what to do when things go wrong.

You should have opened a case when you were still able to.

Now it's too late, unfortunately - even for PayPal (in case you used it to pay).

Yeah…. I’m just going to babble on about any old rubbish here, because we all know this OP isn’t coming back.
It already took them 10mths to complain about NOT getting their $11.95 fluffier cleaner pro. (What a bargain!😒)… probably just a glorified feather duster! 

So, in the light of things here, I’m going to guess that the OP will return around April next year …..
