not fit for purpose

I bought a post driver from seller REMOVED. Broke within a few weeks, they won't refund even though i sent machine back, they want to fix it but its such poor quality it wont last. How do i get ebay to help me? this machinbe is not fit for purpose should I contact ACCC

Did you open a return request through ebay?

If you did, the seller can pretty much only provide you with a refund if you escalate it for eBay to review after the tracking you uploaded shows it as being delivered back to the seller.
