"Australia only" just means that the items are (supposedly) located in Australia. You need to do a bit more digging and look at the seller's feedback page and see where they are registered and see also if they have bad feedback for item location lying.

A few have said that 'Australia only' means the items are only sold to Australia. You might be able to use kms from you search to weed the others out
