earlier today i bought a phone and a phone case from 2 different sellers. when i press the confirm payment button it refreshed the page and told me there was an error while purchasing. i proceeded to check my account and the money was deducted from my account from ebay. i check my purchase history and there is nothing there. i tried contacting the phone seller but i have yet to receive a reply. should i contact my bank and get a refund or just stay put?

i also didnt get a confirmation page with my order numbers and no confirmation email

The seller does not handle any of the money and cannot assist.
Did you pay via credit card? Usually the deduction goes to "pending" for a day or so, before it changes to an actual charge. If there was no proper transaction, it should fall away, maybe overnight or in a day or so. You can always call up your CC provider to check.
Just to clarify - did only the phone purchase fail and the phone cases were ok?
