Hi, Does anyone have this happen to them?
Example:
1)Purchase an item and pay with funds Avaliable in paypal account,
2) Recieve Item from Seller 4 days later
3) ON day 5 or 6 after purchase Recieve EMAIL from Paypal Saying there is insufficient funds or a negative balance in my paypal account to cover the item I purchased and recieved 2 days earlier
4) Then they Deduct payment from a linked credit card to cover the same item again.
I have just discovered this has happend to me Numeroues Times adding upto several hundred $$$ where paypalhave taken money twice even though when initail transactions were made i had funds in my paypal account, my Credit card is my backup source.
I have contacted paypal and are awaiting a responce
Has anybody had this happen?

But the Unique Transaction ID at the top of the page is for a FAILED transaction and there is no mention of paypal funds.

But these last two transactions do not have anything to do with the first transaction that we are looking at.
If you paid with paypal funds, why did you pay again with funds from your bank account. That transactiion failed and then paypal took the funds from your credit card.
If they have repaid the bank account funds they have only used the credit card funds.
I think you need to talk to paypal before claiming anything through your bank. Paypal will have full access to all your transactions and will be able to explain it better thn we can....we can only see wht you choose to post and that is obviously not the full story.
