i ordered something from a site (not ebay) and paid with paypal
id bought from this site before, its an aussie site, no problems.
after a week passed without getting an email i tried contacting the company and the phones wernt being answered and there was no email address (never needed one before)
so i googled the company and found they had a facebook page thing, and there in the comments an alert the company was closing down, last friday was the last day.
my question is, can i get my money back via paypal?
should i call paypal and have a chat?
