Beware, paypal insurance wont refund my succesful claim have been blocked at every turn in getting my money back WHY?

Good morning! I think you may have to provide some more info if you are looking for help on this matter. When you do this I am sure some very experienced members will be along to assist you.

In the absence of further details I don't know if this is relevant to your case or not, but if you funded the purchase with your credit card, the refund won't appear in your Paypal balance, but will instead be returned to your credit card in a few days.

If you have not got your refund then the claim was not successful.

Were you asked to return the item by on line trackable post?   Did you upload the tracking details to paypal?
