The original fee is $29.00,But she also wants $25.00 for the EMS on top of that, if i want a faster delivery.

There you go. EMS is an additional service and can be charged accordingly.
Otherwise pay the $29 for standard delivery.

As you have jumped the gun and paid for the EMS first you will now need to pay for the standard service in order to receive your item as the EMS is an additional cost on top of the standard postage. So if you really want the item then you will really have to pay the $29 otherwise as the seller has said they will cancel the transaction. You need to in future read the postage instructions very slowly so you can understand them properly.I think that you must have thought that postage costs were a seperate individual cost when the EMS cost was an additional cost.

What options were you given in checkout, and what did you select?
Alternatively, if you are comfortable with doing so, can you put the title of one of the items purchased here? (Just interested in taking a look at what the listings say re: postage).
If, when going through checkout, there was a specified quote for a postage service, which was selected and then paid for, the seller can not request more funds (or rather, they shouldn't - it is a breach of policy to request more than was specified in the listngs for the same service), so they should be sending all items via whichever postage method was selected during checkout.
It's possible there is a little miscommunication going on, due to language barriers. Occasionally, when I've spent a certain amount with some Chinese sellers, they message me and say if I spend just $X amount more, they'll upgrade me to free express shipping. (Last one I spent $55 and the threshold for free express was $120, so they sent me a message inviting me to spend just $65 more ).

I think the OP has a point here, when you consider that they seemed to have purchased the EMS on a separately listed item number
[390676374816] which also states free postage outside AU? .This is confusing to say the least, even if it is not directly connected to the separately purchased item.
This is the first time I have come across postage offered as a stand alone item on ebay?????
What do others think about this?
