ive purchased and item but it doesn't come up in my purchase history. I need to contact the seller as the item fell appart after ive used it.

Believe me, it doesn't! I started everything at 99c when I started selling and everything was selling for 99c and I was offering free postage which actually cost $1.40. BIG losses! I actually have more sales now that I start my auctions at the minimum I'm willing to accept. Even now, most things still sell with only one bid. The days of bidding wars are over for majority of sellers.
