<REMOVED> (seller) has a listing which has a "Submit Best Offer" however when I submitted my best offer, I recieved, a "sorry the buy it now price is the best offer".
I have tried to report this seller but there is nowhere I can do this.
Is this false misrepresentation?
I refuse to purchase off this seller.

It very likely is although a seller can set best offer acceptances at whatever level they wish. Although it would seem pointless to set it at BIN. It is your choice whether or not you buy from them.
It is however against board policy to name and shame a member, so your post will probably be edited shortly

I suspect the seller may be using BIN as a base (reserve) price and hoping someone will offer a higher one.

or prehaps the seller originally had a higher price, with a BiNow, and on relisting, lowered the Buy it Now price but forgot to change the minimum Best Offer. happened to me recently
