Hi,

I'm interested in buying one of books offered on ebay under the title of "Professional Mobile Web Development with WordPress, Joomla! and Drupal by James Pearce". It's address is: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Professional-Mobile-Web-Development-with-WordPress-Joomla-and-Drupal-by-/... But the book is already ended and after clicking its picture this message is displayed: "This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available".

1- Ebay hasn't deleted the page offering this book. Does it mean this book will be available in a few days?

2- I'm beginner and I'm going to start a mobile friendly website using CMSs. Most users say WordPress and Joomla are good choices for newbies like me. For example at http://www.threehosts.com/ratings/comparison-software/wordpress-vs-joomla-vs-drupal.html they claim WP is easy-to-use, Joomla semi user friendly and Drupal difficult. Now I'm hesitate between Joomla and WordPress. Do you beleive buying the book of  "Professional Mobile Web Development with WordPress, Joomla! and Drupal" enables me to create a professional-looking site? Please take into your consideration that I haven't created any website before.

Thank you for sharing your personal experiences,

I don't know a lot about designing web pages but I do know that if I wanted to learn I would not be trying to do it using a book, I would either find an evening class nearby or somebody local who could guide me through the process.

I presume you want to learn for anpother reason than just designing one web page, if not then why not use a free site like robshelp.com which gives you templates to alter to your own specs or makes it really easy to start from scratch.
