i bought a cpu cooler from <removed>
The cpu cooler is damaged and I cant use it. Contact with seller both email and phone, but looks like they blocked my contact.
Is any way I cant contact to Ebay to sove the problem?

How did you make payment? If by paypal open a dispute for item not as described. you have 45 days to open a dispute and 20 more days to escalate to to a claim if you don't get anywhere with seller. only communicate with the resolution centre.

if they don't reply paypal will most like decide in your favour. Have you escalated it to a claim? If they do reply and paypal ask you to send the item back send it back to the address by registered post.

no, do not change feedback. Just wait it out now and let paypal do their thing. Do not communicate to seller outside of the resolution centre. just keep an eye on the claim incase paypal require anymore info from you or instruct you to send the item back.

If you have escalated the dispute to a claim the seller can not reply to you through the dispute. It is now in paypal's hands and all the seller can do now is authorise a refund or not. If they do not authorise it paypal will just make the decision in due course.
