refund on my item i send to<Removed>

Hi iam not shore if iam in the right department if you could help me.I bought a item of<Removed> Item number 322528267072.They have refunded the money but there is nothing in my account.I said to them put it in this account coastline credit union member number <Removed>.My paypal account is closed be cause i lost my card so that is not working any more.THe amount $205.57 can you please help me or what can i do to retreave my money back.Cheers

Ask the seller to confirm if they refunded to PayPal or your account.

I wouldn't be surprised if they refunded to Paypal to have protection.

I wouldn't refund to a private account outside of the transaction.

The seller has to refund the money the way you paid for the item.  If you paid with paypal the seller would have to refund through paypal in order to have protection.

If I was a seller and you asked me to refund to a bank account when I had been paid through paypal I would be very suspicious that I was being ripped off....it is the last thing I would do.

How long ago did you buy? That item number doesn't exist.

Why would you close yourpaypal account because you lost a credit or debit card?

All you had to do was add another card to the paypal account and cancel the lost card.
