eBay is all about the buyer, and yes, they do protect you
Rather than messing around, had you instead opened an item not as described dispute there would have been no issue
There is nothing you can now do through eBay after all this time
The seller does not get a say if what you were sent does not match the description and you open a dispute in time
The fake products you say you easily jump to, do you look at feedback before you buy?
Read the descriptions?
Do you know how the eBay MBG works?

You have 30 days to lodge dispute through eBay.
If you paid by PayPal, go through them - you have 180 days. (not as described)
.....otherwise you can do a chargeback via your bank

Cant help you with your currecnt problem, but you ask for advise for what you can do, in future read the sellers feedback before you buy, if it's the last seller, besides a lot of bad feedback, there are a few that mention item not as described. Read the feedback.
PS. Ebay do protect the buyer, they give you the option to read feedback, and open item not as described cases. It's all about the buyer, just the buyers don't use the tools.

if you buy new watch, do you open to check ? if not, the 30 days is not suitable for my case because the seller still use the description to sell same watch on Ebay, the fake description Ebay need control otherwise no one to buy the expensive watch's very higher risk.

30 days is more than enough time for anyone to check that what the bought is what they got, regardless of where they bought it from
eBay do not vet listings
Simple as
And just because something is listed on eBay does not mean go ahead and buy it, fail to check feedback, fail to open a dispute on time and then blame eBay
A buyers choice to fail on both counts

the feed is empty no one buy before, if seller first time to put in market how can provide the comment do you need comment sensor to reply , if the part i can see is correct, I already jump up, but the new watch, Ebay need ensure buyer have right to enjoy part match the description, until now, the seller still use this description to sell the same watch.

So you purchased from a seller who had 0 feedback and is still selling the same watch ?
What is the item number, don't give the seller's name.
Have you followed up on the advice already given to you , which was
"If you paid by PayPal, go through them - you have 180 days. (not as described)
.....otherwise you can do a chargeback via your bank"
