After many emails asking them to post they still havent posted them just keep sending me emails to pay the postage. How to deal with the problem

If you paid the amount on the invoice just open an item not received case, they then either have to send your goods or end up with a defect. If they contact you again asking for more money without having posted then give them a neg, keep it factual, something like "Demanded more money after payment made" or similar.

Wooden beads, U might have another problem if the seller does post them.
Customs could step in & take them, as wooden articles are one of the things that are not allowed to brought into the country unless they have been treated & it's doubtful that they will have been.

Most are treated if they are for jewellery etc, they have a coating on them so should be okay.
Now, bamboo on the other hand?????????
Lots of fun getting that into Oz!

I had a Chinese seller try to pull this stunt with me a few months ago. Their reason was, I'd bought quite a few things and that increased their postage cost. Every listing was stated as being free postage. It's actually a policy violation to advertise free postage then add a postage or handling cost after sale.

I sent them the link below and told them that it was a policy violation and within minutes, a revised invoice arrived with the postage cost removed.

Have to say that explanation left me bemused.
If a few items were all marked as free postage, what would it matter how many you bought, as the seller could just post each one separately instead of combining them.
The postage would work out the same then whether they went to you or some other buyer in Australia.
Do some sellers think we are stupid?

If the messages are being sent to your ebay account, there is a report button down the bottom. I would also open a case, when dealing with a dishonest seller, even if they dropped the added charges, they may claim to send the item but not send it. All you can do is try to protect yourself from these sellers. Leave appropriate feedback for them also.
