You may have accidentally bid $49 instead of 49c. If you entered the amount as 0,49 (with a comma instead of a full stop), it would have entered it as $49.
If you can put the item number of the auction you won here, we can have a look for you and see what might have happened.

You do what you contracted to do when you won the auction - you pay for it. It's up to you to check your bids after you've made them and if you'd entered the wrong amount, you'd have been told by eBay what your current bid amount was, as well as your maximum bid, so you had plenty of time to withdraw it if you'd been paying closer attention.

So you are sick of getting no help?
Did you even return to the Answer Centre where your question was answered within 17 minutes of it being posted?
Or did you not like the answer? It is essentially the same as the advice you have been given here.....you made a mistake so pay for the item.

Oh dear. We all make mistakes. My husband was making wrong bids quite a bid when he first started using eBay. If there was an error in your bidding, and you weren't checking the auction, I guess you could have missed it. Either way, you could try contacting the seller and explain, nicely, that you made a mistake. I'm sure something can be done about it.

You offered 49 cents on an item?? Could ya spare it?.
