So leave neg feedback to warn others of the situation.

Call paypal and ask to speak to a supervisor and demand they return your money or you will go to the financial ombudsmen as you did not get what you paid for and paypal have not stuck by their buyer protection agreement.

More info here would be good as well.

Was it sent with tracking?

HAve you had any contact with the seller?

Did you actually pay for the item? Is the seller re-listing because of non payment?

Well well well.

Just been alerted by another ebayer that you posted your message on the buyer message boards.

That's really rich, isn't it !!

You forgot to mention WHY you didn't receive this item ?

You know perfectly well that it was YOUR fault that you didn't get the dress. Ebay and PayPal also are aware of this now due to the documentary evidence I was able to supply them with. It proved definitively that I did NOTHING WRONG, as the seller.

It was you who failed to give your own postal address but instead gave me 'a friend's' address. The PO attempted to delivered the Registered parcel to that address and when they found no-one to sign for it, they left a PO collection card, and took the parcel back to the local PO for your 'friend' to collect it. 18 DAYS then went by without it being collected after which the Australia Post had no choice but to return it to the seller (me).

Despite you being aware of all this on the 21st June, you still opened a PayPal case against me on the 22nd June and it took me nearly 3 weeks and hours and hours and hours wrangling with both PayPal and ebay to get some justice with reference to this transaction.

It was a major triumph to FINALLY get ebay to remove the unfair 'item not received' defect that they awarded me due to you opening the PayPal case. It was only when they looked at the full tracking details that they realised I could not possibly be to blame for the non-receipt of the item.

When I received the parcel back I attempted repeatedly to contact you both on ebay and PayPal to arrange to resend the parcel to you but you NEVER RESPONDED TO EVEN ONE OF THOSE MESSAGES !!!! (Perfectly happy to 'have a go' on the message boards, though)

This lack of contact and you other irresponsible and thoughtless behaviour, with regard to this transaction inspire no confidence in you as a trading partner.

Your payment was refunded as I was not prepared to send the parcel back to you again under those circumstances and in any case was expecting you to pay the postage since it was not my fault you had not received your item in the first place. Why should I have had to pay the postage for resending ???

You have quite a cheek don't you and you are also pretty dishonest.

Glad I never have to deal with you again !!!

It is always interesting to hear the other side of the story.

I suspect a lot of other sellers will not have to deal with this buyer either, now that he has been brought to the attention of the boards.

Thank you Betty!

You're welcome.

That particular buyer give me the opportunity to tell my side of the story and expose her for what she is, by posting her 'tale of woe' (not)  in the first place.

If for nothing else, I can thank her for that !!!

Amazing how quiet the buyer has now become isn't it?

Always good to get both sides of the story.

What do you mean when you say "and Paypal awarded the seller" in your OP? Is that yet another lie in which you are trying to imply that you are somehow out of pocket? Seems to me that the only person out of pocket here has been the poor seller who has lost the original cost of postage plus registration, which comes to the not inconsiderable amount of $12.15.

Did it even cross your mind that the honourable and decent thing to do would have been to offer to reimburse the seller that unrecoverable amount? And what about the the fees that eBay charged her as commission on the sale? You may well have voluntarily received all of your money back but the seller certainly didn't.

Then if that wasn't enough, even though you were solely to blame for what happened, you add insult to injury by coming here to the boards in a vicious attempt to ruin the reputation of a highly-respected and well-regarded member of the eBay community. Well how about you go and crawl back under the rock whence you came, because people like you make me physically sick.
