I've been watching item no. 381051845065 due to end in a couple of days. The underbidder (at this time) who I don't think I can name has 98% bids with the same seller in 30 days. When I go to this sellers other Items this bidder has opened or bid at least in the first 6 items listed (didn't go any further). The bidder has also 54 bid retractions in 30 days. I tried to report but I can't find a suitable option. Does this seem a bit suss to you?

Then on her other ID, she does it too 181590695048 On checking both those ID's feedback, you can see where she has left feedback for herself.
Just report each listing that is in the wrong category and they may get some defects,(I've reported a few).
To report listings that are in the wrong category click on the Report item link above the item number.
Then select Listing practices from the first drop down box > Search and browse manipulation from the second
and Listing in an incorrect category in the third.
Click on Continue and then Send Report once the item number comes up.

I have reported every single one of her wrong category listings as soon as they appear. I have reported her directly to eBay (multiple times) for both shill bidding and listing in the wrong category. It all falls on deaf ears. I don't think the CS in the Phillipines understands just how insulting it is to our Aboriginies to have those paintings classes as one of theirs.
I have concluded she is a protected seller, so can do whatever she likes. I have given up reporting her now as it's pointless and I just even more frustrated and angry when nothing gets done.
She even lists items in the antique category and will state in the listing that it's from the 2000's. They all got reported too and again, nothing. EBay always sent me a courtesy message saying the investigations have been completed and appropriate action has been taken and when you check, absolutely nothing has changed.

Shame on eBay for allowing it to continue and shame on the seller who's no doubt laughing all the way to the bank.
So is eBay from all the shill bidding they allow.
I see they're still going strong. It does look like this seller and eBay are bedfellows.

I have just reported sellers two in two days who have either cancelled my bid and ended auction or failed to honour a sale as they both appear to have made sales out of ebay. (Oh, sorry the item is no longer available)
Got a great reply (not) from ebay telling me to "look for similar items from more reliable sellers" Am I suppose to email each seller prior to bidding and ask whether they intend to follow through with the auction or will they be loosing the item after the auction ends.
Ebay needs to stop worrying about their partner deals with Paypal etc and start worrying about how their sellers and buyers are operating within their rules or we will all be looking for a more reliable selling/buying platform.
They set up a set of rules about shill bidding, honoring sales, buyer protection which all mean nothing.
I paid for my won item 2hrs after the auction and still no refund from the seller to quote "The Checkout" - "It's a SCAM"

If the seller sends you a request to cancel - decline it! do NOT just ignore or it may close in the sellers favour.
Open INR as soon as the system allows - escalate to claim as soon as you can and you will get your money back.
