First step is to contact the seller and let him know that you have received the wrong item.
Only if the seller is unhelpful do you open a dispute.

As mentioned, contact the seller to let them know. It could be a genuine mistake, especially if they are a high volume seller. Give them a few days to reply (not including the weekend). If you haven't heard from them by say Wednesday, open a not as described dispute. If you are unsure how to do that, come back here and someone will help you out.
