this years bad for not getting items

I have found this year has been very bad for not receiving  my items and sellers just don't answer emails when I tell them i haven't received my item.

I know I can get my money back from paypal but I really wanted the items.

Some of the items are re-listed later,so I know they haven't sent them.

My missing items have been mostly from HK...where are yours shipped from? 

The sellers always ask to 'wait a few more days'...then you wait....and again, they as you to 'wait a few more days'...by now it's almost at the 45 day limit to lodge a Paypal claim so I tell them that's what I have to do.  Mostly they are low-price items but they soon add up and even if they had been shipped, they never arrive no matter how many more days I wait!!
