If it has been less than 45 days since you paid for your blender, you need to lodge a dispute with Paypal. You might also try contacting your seller to see if they are prepared to do anything about it but be very mindful of the 45 day cutoff period for lodging Paypal claims, because if you go past that, you're essentially on your own.

The seller authorised return of the purchase, and said a replacement will be dispatched. The return was sent 3 weeks ago. We are still waiting for the replacement to arrive.
