<removed> refuse to return my money even though the item was not sent. They consistently promise to refund your money even after 60 days have passed and there is no action that supports thier conversation.
It would seem that thier game is to promise that everything is ok until the 45 day time frame passes on the paypal and the 60 day time frame passes on the ebay site to either reverse the transaction or make a comment about them so that the community is less aware of the game that they play. I have lost almost $200 to this ebayer and repeated attemps to get a refund have been to no avail.
Except to say that they continue to say that they will refund the money and they do not.

It isn't all loaded to disadvantage the buyer.
I sold goods to a customer ( a possum trap). The buyer clearly used the trap, in all likelyhood caught the offending possum/s, almost three weeks later entered a dispute resolution with Paypal telling them the goods were not as described. The goods were exactly as described. I offered a refund less the out of pocket expense for postage as an act of good will, with the buyer refusing the offer.Paypal withheld funds, and then took weeks to come to a decision to refund the purchase price in full. A nice scam. The purchaser ordered my goods, used it to overcome their problem gratis and must now have the widest grin on his face.
It isn't fair, but as a seller you have to be aware that not all buyers are honest and fair minded. It is the risk you take.
Positive feedback? One can only hope that they receive a plague of possums in their roof..

There you go.
NUMBER 1 RULE of claiming SNAD is that the buyer can be required to return the item to the seller, at their own cost, by trackable means. If you ask and they don't Paypal won't refund.
So if you had read the relevant parts of the Paypal user agreement you would have got your trap back and the buyer would have at least had to pay return postage for the use of it.
Aren't possum traps illegal? Given that possums are native protected species'? maybe that was the argument they used, as it's illegal to post illegal items through AP.
